Returns & Exchange Policy

At Palakkadu Chettiar Kadai, we take utmost care in preparing, packing, and delivering our authentic Ayurvedic products. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return on Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products damaged after delivery

This policy is followed strictly to ensure hygiene and safety.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Received

  • If you receive:

    • A damaged product, or

    • A wrong product different from what you ordered

    please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

    After verification, we will arrange for:

    • Replacement of the same product, or

    • Refund, if replacement is not available

Missing Items in Order

If any item is missing from your order, inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with proof. We will resolve the issue after verification.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
    We do not offer exchanges for:
  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Personal health reasons

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
